We ship with UPS worldwide and Schenker within Sweden. We offer full tracking services with all our products.
The warranty for TRIWA products is 2 years from the date of purchase. If your item becomes faulty or stops working during this period, please contact email@example.com. You will then be asked to send the item to our Stockholm office for repairs alongside a completed TRIWA REPAIR FORM. Please note that the warranty does not cover battery replacement, shattered glass, normal 'wear and tear' or aging of any part of the watch or strap. It also does not cover screws on sunglasses or scratching from normal wearing on sunglass lenses, frame or temples.

Please allow between two and three weeks for TRIWA products to be repaired. Our repair department registers and tracks every unit carefully during the process. All TRIWA movements (except Skultuna) require a standard watch battery available at most supermarkets worldwide. We recommend that you contact a professional watch dealer to change your watch battery.
Most TRIWA straps measure at 20 mm in width, with a few exceptions. Please see the specifications under each product. The length of the straps differ depending on the product you have chosen.
All our watch faces and straps are paired by our designers to create the best design possible. We currently do not offer our customers to buy a watch with a personalised strap. If you're interested in pairing a watch face with another strap we offer extra straps to purchase. When purchasing an alternative strap, we suggest you check the measurements of the straps and watch face to ensure they'll fit together.
Our warranty does not cover a shattering to the watch glass. To request a replacement glass, please contact email@example.com and our watchmaker will be happy to help. The cost of this services will vary depending on your watch model.
The warranty does not apply if a replacement of a battery has not been carried out by an authorized watchmaker. We cannot guarantee the battery life of our outlet products and therefore the battery is not guaranteed.
No, not if your order was placed after the 23 of August. All orders placed after that date will be shipped within Norway. But if the order was placed before 23 of August your order will be shipped with UPS from Stockholm and may be subjected yo VAT, import duties or taxes. You can read more below: Delivery charges We currently offer free shipping worldwide. Goods are shipped from our warehouses in Sweden, Japan, Norway and the United States. Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU (except Japan, Norway from 23 of August and the United States) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. TRIWA.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. We recommend that you take the strap to your closest watchmaker/jeweler to shorten the brace strap. They will have the correct tools for this.
