1. Problems with payment

If you have problems with your payment on our website, we suggest that you take the following actions to go through with your purchase:

1. If you're unable to use your credit card on our site, we suggest you use PalPal's express checkout. This will allow you to pay with your credit card.

2. 2. For customers outside of Sweden, sometimes it may be your bank that is blocking the payment. To resolve, try contacting your bank directly and request permission to make the purchase.

3. Try all the available payment methods.

4. Try a different browser or computer.

5. If you still haven't managed to complete the payment, please send us an e-mail to info@triwa.com.

2. Which countries do you deliver to?

TRIWA offers free shipping worldwide. With some exceptions, see the list with countries.

3. What is the shipping-cost?

We offer free shipping. Additional costs such as toll can occur outside of the EU. Read more under delivery charges.

4. What is the delivery time?

Europe and Japan - 1-3 working days
Outside of Europe - 2-5 working days

If the product you've ordered is out of stock or you're requesting a delivery to a remote location, delivery times can take longer. We ship with UPS worldwide and Schenker within Sweden. We offer full tracking services with all our products.

5. Returns/Reparations

The warranty for TRIWA products is 2 years from the date of purchase. If your item becomes faulty or stops working during this period, please contact info@triwa.com. You will then be asked to send the item to our Stockholm office for repairs alongside a completed TRIWA REPAIR FORM. Please note that the warranty does not cover battery replacement, shattered glass, normal 'wear and tear' or aging of any part of the watch or strap. It also does not cover screws on sunglasses or scratching from normal wearing on sunglass lenses, frame or temples.

Please note - In order to claim warranty for your product, you must first receive approval from TRIWA by contact us at info@triwa.com.

TRIWA Return Policy

If you've changed your mind about a product purchased from TRIWA.COM, complete the TRIWA RETURN FORM and send it to the address below. Items must be unused and undamaged. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. To request a return, contact us at info@triwa.com.

6. How long time until my watch is repaired?

Please allow between two and three weeks for TRIWA products to be repaired. Our repair department registers and tracks every unit carefully during the process. Due to the workload we cannot offer any updates on the status of your repairs. If you have not heard from us in three weeks, contact us at info@triwa.com.

7. Is my watch battery-driven?

All TRIWA movements (except Skultuna) require a standard watch battery available at most supermarkets worldwide. We recommend that you contact a professional watch dealer to change your watch battery.

8. What is the size of the straps?

Most TRIWA straps measure at 20 mm in width, with a few exceptions. Please see the specifications under each product. The length of the straps differ depending on the product you have chosen.

9. Can I buy a watch with a different strap?

All our watch faces and straps are paired by our designers to create the best design possible. We currently do not offer our customers to buy a watch with a personalised strap. If you're interested in pairing a watch face with another strap we offer extra straps to purchase. When purchasing an alternative strap, we suggest you check the measurements of the straps and watch face to ensure they'll fit together.

10. The glass of my watch got shattered, what do I do?

Our warranty does not cover a shattering to the watch glass. To request a replacement glass, please contact info@triwa.com and our watchmaker will be happy to help. The cost of this services will vary depending on your watch model.
