You might have heard of boquerones, a Spanish tapa made of fresh anchovies marinated in olive oil and garlic. Back in the days, those were kept, cooked and sold at a Boqueria.

Boqueria in Stockholm serves brunch, lunch, drinks and all different kind of tapas, and is always crammed with people. A serious recommendation would be to try their sliders with lobster, truffle and green apple!
