Please allow the following times for delivery: Europe and Japan - 1-3 working days Outside of Europe - 2-5 working days If the product you've ordered is out of stock or you're requesting a delivery to a remote location, delivery times can take longer. We ship with UPS worldwide, FedEx within the U.S. and Schenker within Sweden. We offer full tracking services with all our products. Please contact our customer services at email@example.com if you have an inquiry on the status of your order. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by our suppliers. We also make reservations to adjust prices as presented on TRIWA.COM caused by wrong pricing, technical errors, etc.
We currently offer free shipping worldwide. Goods are shipped from Sweden, Norway, Japan and the United States. Orders to countries outside of the EU (except Norway, Japan and the United States) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These fees are levied once your package reaches your country. TRIWA.com ships packages according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
The customer is responsible for any returned items back to TRIWA HQ.
Please note that shipments to the Russian Federation often have longer delivery time because of Russian restrictions on import. Shipments are handled by FedEx. Before the shipment is approved for shipment to Russia, the following must be done:
The broker will send an email message to the consignee with a link to their online system 'Parcel Trak'. The consignee must then follow the link to a page to complete the necessary information for the clearance process: first/middle/last name in cyrillic, passport number, broker empowerment confirmation and data privacy confirmation. The broker will then give permission for the shipment to be moved to DME for customs clearance.
This process takes two days from the date in which a receipt is issued.
