We are extending our return policy for the holiday season. Starting 3/12, we will extend our return policy until 7/1 2019. Read more about our delivery window this Holiday Season.

The TRIWA HQ is based in Stockholm, Sweden and operate during normal business hours based on central European time (CET).

Cyber Monday 2018

Secret Gifts are non-exchangeable. In the case of returns, secret gifts should be also be sent back with the return. If the customer chooses to keep the secret gift, the value of the gift will be deducted upon repayment. The amount deducted from the refund is the value of the gift (-30%).
