Delivery time

The normal delivery time outide of Europe is 2-5 working days from the day the order was placed. Inside of Europe the delivery time is 1-3 working days if the order is placed before 2pm. If a product is out of stock or if shipment is made to remote locations, the delivery time can be longer. Shipments outside EU can also delay final delivery due to custom process. Please contact our Customer Service at info@triwa.com if you have an inquiry on the status of your order. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by our suppliers. We also make reservations to adjust prices as presented on TRIWA.COM caused by wrong pricing, technical errors etc.

Delivery charges

We currently offer free shipping worldwide. Goods are shipped from Sweden, Norway and the United States. Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU.  Orders to countries outside the EU (except Norway and the United States) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. TRIWA.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

The customer is responsible for any return shipments due to cancelled orders, faulty products or any other reason to return goods to Sweden.

Confirmation

We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact TRIWA.COM's customer service.

Payment options

At present, TRIWA accepts international payments through VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. In the ordering process bank transfer is aditionally available executed by JCB, Sofort Banking, ExpressPay, SEPA Direct Debit or GiroPay.  When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner Adyen to guarantee security.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

•    Part Payment: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €). Security

TRIWA.COM uses the latest security standard 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol to allow authentication of cardholders of credit card companies in e-payment transactions. The 3-D Secure protocol was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments. It was adopted and is offered with the service name Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The main difference between Visa and MasterCard implementations resides in the method to generate the AAV (Accountholder Authentication Value): MasterCard uses UCAF (Universal Cardholder Authentication Field) and Visa uses CAVV (Cardholder Authentication Verification Value).

Right to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us TRIWA AB, Riddargatan 17A, 114 57, Stockholm, info@triwa.com, +46(0)8 410 249 00 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Transportation

TRIWA.COM accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days from receiving the product should it be damaged in arrival. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport. 

Non picked up goods

If TRIWA receives packages that have not been collected by the customer, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment back to us. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order.

Incorrect, misplaced or duplicated orders

If a situation occurs where the customer receives wrong (and or duplicate) order(s) TRIWA reserves its right to get back all products in its original condition. The customer has to return it to TRIWA with no exceptions (TRIWA compensates the cost of shipping).

At the event of products being available for a different price because of technical problems or mistakes by personnel of TRIWA AB we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeur, TRIWA.com obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and TRIWA.COM can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by TRIWA.COM. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

TRIWA.COM will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

Violation of rules

TRIWA.COM holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions on our website.

TRIWA.COM reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.

Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between consumers and TRIWA.COM shall be governed by Swedish Law. TRIWA follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority. The Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

German terms for Klarna Invoicing

Mit der Übermittlung der für die Abwicklung der gewählten Klarna Zahlungsmethode und einer Identitäts- und Bonitätsprüfung erforderlichen Daten an Klarna bin ich einverstanden. Meine Einwilligung kann ich jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Es gelten die AGB des Händlers.

Gift Cards

Our Gift Cards are delivered in a black TRIWA signature packaging and can be sent directly to the recipient or posted to your address. Gift Cards are offered in different values and can be used to purchase any product both on our website and in our Pop Up store in Stockholm.

Please note that the Gift Card cannot be printed or downloaded digitally.

Buying a boxed gift card

TRIWA Gift Cards are available in all currencies except AUD and in nine different fixed amounts. Find the different types under the category page for gift cards. Once you've payed for a Gift Card, it will be delivered to you according to delivery time specified below.

How to use the gift cardOn the Gift Card there will be an exclusive code that you can use in our webshop or in our Pop Up Store in Stockholm. If you buy online, after you've chosen product - please enter your voucher code in the assigned box in the checkout.

Please note:

If your gift card exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will automatically stay on the same vouchercode and can be used for your next purchase.

If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card you will have to pay the balance amount with available payment method for your currency.

A Gift Card is valid for 12 months after issue date as stated on the card.

Shipping of gift card

The gift card can be sent to your or another persons address. Choose this during checkout and select "Send to another address". Gift Card delivery will follow general delivery times specified on our website.

Returns

Gift cards can never be returned or exchanged for cash. All returned products that are purchased with a gift card will be refunded as value on a new or the same gift card. If you've combined payment for any item(s), the amount payed for with gift card will be returned on that same gift card.
