Returns and Repairs
Here you can register your return or repair. In order to do so, you will need the order number and email-address you used when purchasing your product. Please observe that you can only register one type of errand at the time.
If you're looking to make an exchange, we recommend checking our website before registering your errand in order to know the name of the new product.
Regarding repairs, we kindly ask you not to send in any product before the errand has been approved by us. After you have registered your errand, we will get back to you within a few days in case more information is needed.
Manual registering can only be used for repairs. You can use this if you do not have any order number from us. After you have registered your repair manually, we will get back to you within a few days.
Please do not ship your product to us before your errand have been approved by us.
Return and exchange policy
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased on TRIWA.COM. You must register your return of your purchase within 14 days from receiving the product. You register your return directly on our website and then ship the product together with your errand-receipt to:

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to TRIWA. Items lost during transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned products will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability and we will contact you when your return is registered at our warehouse.
Warranty for TRIWA products is 2 years from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover used batteries or normal wear and tear of case, glass or strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non observance of the directions provided by TRIWA. The warranty does not apply if a replacement of a battery has not been carried out by an authorized watchmaker. The battery life of our outlet products cannot be guaranteed. Replacements due to faulty water resistance is not covered if the crown is not completely closed when the watch is in contact with water.
The warranty does not cover screws on sunglasses or scratching from everyday use on sunglass lenses, frames or temples. If you need help with repairing your product and this is not covered by warranty we usually can help out against a smaller cost. Note that we cannot guarantee that all spare parts are available for older products since we usually just stock spare parts to current collection. Please register your repair on our website and within a few days.
We will get back to you with further instructions. Please do not send in the repair until you got a confirmation from us. Please save the order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. For all other inquiries concerning shipment and returns, please contact us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to TRIWA. For instructions on how to return a damaged or faulty product, write to us at email@example.com and fill out the TRIWA REPAIR FORM. Products not covered by the warranty cannot be returned to TRIWA.

Most TRIWA watches are water resistant to 5 ATM though this can vary depending on the model. The level of water resistance will be indicated on the dial and/or case back of each watch. Below is a specification for each level of water resistance, please note of recommended usage. Ensure the crown is fully closed when in contact with water. Please add that even though the watch can be in contact with water, the leather band should not.
This model is NOT water resistant. Any water contact should be avoided.
This model is resistant to minor and accidental splashes. Greater water contact should be avoided.
WATER RESISTANT 3 ATM:
Protection across everyday activities, accidental splashes or car washing, etc. These models are resistant against perspiration, water vapor and rain drops. Tested for water resistance up to 3 ATM and must be able to survive 30 minutes underwater at a depth of 1 m (3 feet) followed by 90 seconds under a pressure corresponding to 30 meters.
WATER RESISTANT 5 ATM:
Protection in everyday activities, bathing, accidental splashes, short swimming, car washing, water sports and skiing. These models are resistant against perspiration, water vapor and rain drops. Tested for water resistance up to 5 ATM.
WATER RESISTANT 10 ATM:
Protection across everyday activities, swimming, snorkeling, mountain climbing, parachuting, hang gliding, skiing and all kinds of sports challenges. Tested for water resistance up to 10 ATM.
TRIWA sunglasses are made from acetate, an organic material hand crafted and polished into the desired shape. Due to its malleable properties, acetate can change shape slightly with a rise in temperature, humidity and other climate variations. This is normal and not a part of the warranty or return policy. The acetate frames or temples can easily be adjusted back into its required shape by gentle bending or seeking assistance from an optician.
