In february Eataly finally opened in the beautiful cinema Röda Kvarn. All italian food lovers in Stockholm have been waiting for this. What can be more fantastic than restaurants combined with bars, a food market and cooking classes?
At Eataly you can enjoy all the best from Italy. There is pizza, focaccia, pasta, charcuterie, cheese, prosecco and more, the list is long. The room is magnificent with crystal lamps so the place has it all. The food market is filled with all the italian goodies so you can cook tasty Italian food at home and if you want to learn how to cook like a true Italian you have the opportunity to take cooking classes there.

Located next to Sturegallerian and Stureplan you will find Taverna Brillo, the italian brasserie with a swedish twist. They have a dining room where you can enjoy italian classics with a swedish twist, for example they have their “Löjromspizza” which is pizza combined with the typical swedish course whitefish roe toast. The dining room is surrounded by bars where you can both drink and eat or just have a coffee. They also have an ice cream bar where you can enjoy italian ice cream and a flower shop where you can buy beautiful flowers.
If you go there you have to try their famous “Löjromspizza” and their truffle mac and cheese!

Located in the heart of Vasastan in a old cinema building you will find L’Avventura. The room will blow you away with its six meter high ceiling, decorations in stucco and wall paintings by Nils Asplund.
The restaurant contains a dining room and two bars and serves italian classics with a modern twist. The owners ambition is to take “the italian” to a new level with his experience of the italian kitchen. On the menu they have homemade mozzarella, big portions to share and imported Nduja from Italy.
This place is perfect for a romantic date, dinner with you friends of if you just want to enjoy a simple wednesday dinner with a loved one. Don’t forget to try their carpaccio or their osso bucco!

Are you up for a true Italian food coma? At Un Poco you will eat more than you can because the food and wine is fantastic. The famous Swedish House Mafia members Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso took over the restaurant a couple of years ago and have made it to a trendy Italian place for both celebrities and other people to enjoy magical italian courses.
If you go to Un Poco you have to try out their caprese with caramelized tomatoes and burrata, their truffle macaroni and their famous dessert, fried oreos with milk sorbet. If you are a red wine lover you have to their own wine named “Un Poco”.

At this Italian trattoria they combine italian classics with exciting courses from their hometown Marche. They have a homemade pasta called “Pastelli” that is made of bread, egg, parmesan and nutmeg. To get a true italian feeling they import more advanced ingredients like truffle and fennel from their hometown so if you go there you have to try their truffle pasta or their halsted tuna with fennel puree.
The interior is warm and cozy and Montanari is perfect for a romantic date or a dinner with family and friends. You will forget that you are in Stockholm during the visit!
