The TRIWA HQ is based in Stockholm, Sweden and operate during normal business hours based on central European time (CET).


From November 25th we are extending the exchange policy until January 6th 2020. Please note that if you wish to return any "Daily Deals", you need to return both watches that were included in the deal.

From the 6th of December we will extend the return policy untill 6th of January!
