If you have problems with your payment on our website we suggest that you take the following actions to go through with you purchase:
1. If you want to make the purchase with credit card but cant use our service - try to use PayPal's express checkout where they also offer checkout with creditcard.
2. If you live outside Sweden there is a higher chance that your bank is blocking your payment. In that case contact the bank where your card is issued and ask them allow you to make the purchase.
3. Try all the available payment methods

TRIWA offers free shipping worldwide.
We offer free shipping. Additional costs such as toll can occur outside of EU.
The normal delivery time is 3-4 working days from the day the order was placed. If a product is out of stock or if shipment is made to remote locations, the delivery time can be longer. We ship with FedEx worldwide and Posten for Sweden and we can offer you tracking-services for all our products except straps.
The warranty for TRIWA products is 1 years from the date of purchase. If your item gets torn during this period - send it to the address below for reparation along with a filled in TRIWA REPAIR FORM. Please note that the warranty does not cover discharged batteries, shattered glass, normal "wear and tear" or aging of any part of the watch or strap. It does not cover screws on sunglasses or scratching from normal wearing on sunglass lens, frame or temples.
Please note: In order to claim warranty you have to get approval from TRIWA by sending an email to email@example.com.
If you want to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased on TRIWA.COM, please fill out the TRIWA RETURN FORM and send it to the address below. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception.
- Norwegian customers:
To avoid double taxation on the import of a repair when imported back to Norway, the product must when shipped from Norway be declared as a repair within guarantee. The way to do this is the same as for a return for repair when you have bought a product online, please click the following link from toll.no.

It takes between two to three weeks for an item to be repaired. Our repair department registers and keeps track of every unit carefully during the process. Due to the workload we cannot offer any status-updates regarding reclaimed products. Please note that the customer needs to pay for shipment which gets reimbursed once the watch arrives to us.
Currently all TRIWA movements requires a battery which is available in most supermarkets worldwide. We recommend that you contact a professional watchdealer to change the battery on your watch.
All TRIWA straps measures 20 mm in width. Length is different depending on which product you have chosen. You can see all the specifications under each product.
All our watches and straps are matched together by our designers to create the best design possible. We currently do not offer our customers to buy a watch with a personalized strap. If you're interested in combining a watch with another strap you can purchase an extra strap. Make sure to check that the measurements of the strap works together with the watch.
The warranty do not cover shattered glass. You can order a new glass via email for 95 SEK with an additional fee of 295 SEK if you want our watchrepairer to change it for you.
